Originally from Sheffield, Ian brings with him 20 years’ experience in the industry, having worked for BSL Brammer and other drive-related companies, covering the entire drive train and now offering the latest technology from Siemens. He will be responsible for the sales of Siemens A&D products and systems across an area stretching from Northampton to the Humber in East Yorkshire. Ian is married with a nine-year-old son and lives in the Sheffield area. Ian Steer has joined Siemens Automation & Drive Technologies (A&D) as regional sales manager for the East Midlands, specialising in the sales of mechanical drives, including the Flender range of geared motors, geared units and couplings.
