- 24 hour seven day service - Our on-call system means engineers are available when you need them. They can service and maintain any make of power transmission product, even in the most inhospitable environments.
- Diagnostic Transmission - Using diagnostic equipment like endoscopes and digital cameras linked to a central office, staff can identify problems accurately and provide solutions quickly and effectively.
- Telediagnostic Monitoring - The latest telediagnostic technology provides the ultimate level of service support and preventative maintenance. Sophisticated computer analysis systems on-site are linked via telephone, RF and satellite with Flender engineers at the office. Transmission systems can be monitored through vibration analysis, unusual running conditions identified early and predictive maintenance applied to avoid breakdowns and unnecessary secondary damage. Because the system monitors component wear closely, these can be replaced at exactly the right time.
- Four Wheel Drive Power - Flender's service team is equipped with the latest in four wheel drive vehicles to get them to more remote areas to service wind turbines, water and oil plants.
